Smaller. Faster. Cheaper..

CONVEXITY ELECTRONICS MISSION

Convexity Electronics is an Atlanta-based early stage startup, aiming to reshape the way we think about electronics manufacturing by bringing 3D Circuitry to mainstream production.

The PCB fabrication industry hasn't changed significantly in over 30 years. Convexity aims to develop scalable printed electronics, targeted at manufacturing circuitry for RF Applications and beyond. Convexity's business goal is to build infrastructure in PCB fabrication facilities in order to pave the way for new research in Additively Manufactured Electronics (AME) to be integrated into modern manufacturing methods.

How do we do it?

By applying conventional principles of FDM 3D Printing to Direct Ink Write Printing, Convexity uses highly advanced dispensing technologies to print circuit boards entirely additively, with complete material versatility.

With a focus on industry standards, Convexity’s PCB fabrication methods are ultra-low cost and highly precise, capable of printing traditional 2.5D PCBs from a gerber file, as well as printing Advanced 3D Routed PCBs at speeds that can match, and sometimes exceed, traditional photolithography and other PCB fabrication methods.

WHY US?

Convexity’s boards can be made smaller, faster, cheaper, more versatile, and more sustainable than traditional methods of PCB Fabrication.

With traditional PCBs, you’re stuck to the same old design constraints… no longer. With Convexity 3D Printing, the sky is the limit. Any board, any material, any routing geometry.
